Ingredients
500 g chicken
1 onion
2 carrots
200 g mushrooms
1 green pepper
50 g raisins
pepper, red pepper, savory, salt
1 tomato
100 g rice
1 tbsp flour
parsley, dill
Method
Chicken fry gently in sunflower oil, add chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, raisins, black pepper, red pepper, savory and water as to sink vegetables. Everything simmer on low heat until ready. Add tomatoes and rice. Again boil. Finally thicken with a little flour and seasoned with dill and parsley.
