Method
The butter is melted in a saucepan, mix the flour and stir over low heat until it becomes like a thick paste. Gradually, a stream is added to the milk, stirring can not burn and boil for 1-2 min, then removed from heat. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the egg yolks, 2/3 of the Parmesan, parsley and half the dill. Whip foam and carefully added to the mixture. In a pan put baking paper and pour the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Remove, cover with another sheet of paper and turns, dusted with remaining Parmesan and leave to cool. The cream is mixed with the rest of the chopped dill and salmon and mix well. Apply the mixture evenly over baked base, wound on a roll and put in the fridge.

I am very pleased enchant your guests with this recipe for which many thanks

I am very happy anitavarna :)

Very tasty and I seem to do it :) I have only one vaprosche: what cream you use - liquid or sour?

In general, as the amount is set in milliliters should be liquid. Sour cream is given in grams. But wait what the author will say:-)

cream is a liquid. But in the absence thereof, can be replaced with sour / slightly diluted /. However, liquid is better.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

I currently prepare it and noticed that products have salt and pepper, but the description does not say when and where they are placed. I guess in swamps, but it is already too late.

Porazrovih a bit and found the original recipe here: http://club.passion.ru/obmen-retseptami/kulinarnaya-kniga-pasi-retsepty…. It says that enjoys baking pan 33h28 cm, which I found useful. Moreover, writes that used fresh cream, not liquid cream. I put liquid cream (which did not seem a good idea) and as expected, it spilled everywhere. However, I hope to get a tasty roll. If the translation of translate.google.com is correct, the recipe also wrote roll to put on cold, but not in the refrigerator.

Fresh Cream is replaced perfectly with sour msetana, and when it is fresh, is broken down into snow and then mixed with spices and salmon. I've done other salty cream with curved liquid cream and had a very pleasant texture. Incidentally - and salty creams is ideal if used fixative, the sample is :)

I agree, but the description does not say anywhere that the cream is broken and I decided to trust the recipe.

Hmm, too bad. maybe you it strained to separate the salmon and break it? Or already use it?

Thank you, Aliana. Yes, this is not a bad idea, but unfortunately it is too late. Still get good taste - I decided to try it.

Thanks for the recipe

roll made for a women's collection. They love it. I did it with sour cream - became perfect. I think it will be well with some fine cheeses such as mascarpone or Philadelphia in a pinch it and cream, whipped with a little water. I Paiute blatcheto of Teflon pad - I advise them - are a great convenience. The next time will be replaced with salmon or chicken ham mestse. Thanks for the recipe!
