French onion soup

Ingredients
500 g onion
40 g butter
pepper
750 ml meat or bone broth
4-6 slices of white bread
40 g feta cheese
salt

Method
Chop the onion slices, gently stew in more than half butter and sprinkle with pepper. Pour the meat broth and onions are boiled for 15 minutes. Season with salt. Slices of bread fried on both sides in the remaining butter. The soup is poured into a fireproof container, lavishly sprinkled with feta cheese bread slices are placed in it and bake in the oven.
