Beef in dark beer

Ingredients
1 kg beef
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
6 fine slices of bacon
4 cloves garlic
1 large onion
2 carrots
2 sticks celery
250 g marinated mushrooms
660 ml dark beer
1 cube mushroom broth
bay leaf 2
1 tbsp thyme
4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Rolled in flour, then put in a colander and shake to remove excess. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Meat fry well for about 5-6 minutes. Add salt and add pepper. Bacon is broken hands and add three minutes before end of cooking. Flesh is poured into a suitable container and set aside. In the same pan put olive oil, which fry chopped onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, garlic and thyme pressed. Fry until soft vegetables - about 4-5 minutes. Add salt and add pepper. Pour beer, meat were added one by one. Broth was broken up and the mixture is sprinkled with it. Pour a bay leaf and parsley. Stir and allow to boil. Keep boiling is Cover and let simmer on low heat for about two - two and a half hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with mashed potatoes.
