Beans chopped nettles

Ingredients
200 g colorful crushed beans
100 g salted salo
1-2 onions
1 tomato
nettle
paprika
1-2 dry peppers
1-2 tbsp flour
savory
lovage
mint
parsley
1 carrot
Method
Beansa beat mechanically and put to boil with the onion, nettle finely chopped carrot and dry peppers shredded. Once the beans soften, add a little salt. Salo is cut into very small pieces and fry. Without exchanging crackling add the flour, paprika and finally ground tomato can or grated fresh. Roux is added in beans and so leave it to simmer for 20-30 minutes on low heat. If necessary top up a little hot water. Finally, add spices to taste. Beans can be cooked in a clay pot on a stove that has or stew in a clay stove or cooker.
