Stewed pork sauce vegetables

Ingredients
500 g pork loin
2-3 potatoes
1-2 carrots
1 head celery
1 onion
4-5 sprigs of parsley
pepper, salt
vegetable broth
4 -5 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp cream
olive oil, butter
Method
In a pressure cooker put a little olive oil and butter. Add pork, pre-seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry, paying, until browned. Add vegetables - potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, parsley and vegetable broth. Boil for 15-25 minutes. Remove meat from pan and finished Strain vegetables, adding a little butter and cream. Cut the meat into slices and if the inside is raw, put in a pan with butter and sugar until browned. Serve with the sauce overflows and decorated with parsley.
