English cake

Ingredients
6 eggs (without yolk 1)
1 cup crystal sugar
1 vanilla
tbspkakao 1
1 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the cream:
1 cup powdered sugar
65 g butter
1 egg yolk (left of the 6 eggs to the base)
Method
Eggs (no one yolk) are broken with sugar. Add vanilla, cocoa and finally, after having broken well, and flour. Bake in greased pan. Once cool, coated with beaten cream made from egg yolks, powdered sugar and the butter.

Is there a raising agent? Very easy to make is this cake and Sigourney will be very tasty.

Without raising agent is the recipe. Instead of butter I've done it with margarine. Prepared with the same effect.

I've already tried this cake and it was delicious. As a stand for several hours and it incredible ... :)
