Gingerbread - II type

Ingredients
100 g of honey
100 g flour
20 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
60 g chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking soda bicarbonate
Method
Honey mixed with egg and spices. Add flour slowly and the walnuts. The resulting cake batter is baked in the oven at 180-200 C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cake is served warm.
