Colourful meatballs

Ingredients
200 g veal
200 g pork
200 g chicken
100 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 egg
cheese
cumin, savory, salt

Method
Three types of meat is ground, add chopped onions, mushrooms, egg and spices. Formed into 4 large meatballs. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Hot sprinkled with grated cheese (optional). Served with fried potatoes and fresh salad.

going on, but the mushrooms should be blanched and egg do not put. You can make them smaller to pay more easily.
