Ingredients
lettuce
cucumbers
pepper - different colors
onion
radishes
parsley
mint
purslane (farfahen)
minced meat garlic
oil
salt
lemon juice
sumac
pomegranate dressing ( grenadine molasses)
Arabic bread (pitta bread)
Pomegranate seeds for decoration

Method
Wash vegetables and cut them into squares about 2x2 cm. Put them in a bowl and add salt as confused, lemon juice, olive oil and sumac. Put in a serving plate, sprinkle with cake that is cut into rhomboids and fry to crispness. Last is Pomegranate dressing.

And what exactly is *purslane*? Do not you have another name?

In our region so call a juicy grass / *lush* - as they say dialect / you know it as an herb and is recommended for salads. But Svetoslav best to clarify.
