Pasta chicken balls

# For the dough:
2 cup milk
2 cubes chicken broth
1/2 cup pressed boiled potatoes
1 tbsp butter
2 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the filling:
1 and 1/2 kg chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
spices to taste
# breading:
2 eggs
oil for frying

Filling: In a saucepan put the olive oil, chopped garlic and onion. Fry and add the shredded chicken and spices of your choice. Sotira is about 5 minutes, remove from heat and add the cream the feta cheese, leave to cool. dough: In a large saucepan put 1 cup water, milk, bouillon cubes, pressed potatoes and the butter. Allow to boil. Add flour at once, stirring until the mixture is removed from the bottom of the pan. Kneaded for about 5 minutes and allowed to cool. Gets is a piece of dough (formed with oiled hands), make a hole in the center and fill with stuffing. Rolls up well around the filling so it stays on the bottom, and the tips are twisted. Breaded in beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry in preheated oil until golden. Drain on paper.

Very tasty seem right to me priyadat much. Vesi, steamed dough is it and how is engaging, with a spoon or hands?

akva7, stirred with a spoon :) dough becomes thick as mashed potatoes had a softer ..... kneading predvit that is stirred for additional 5 min., After separation from the bottom :)

I liked going to prepare. All the ingredients I like - I think it would be tasty. And I kind of like these droplets of the picture.
