Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
5-6 tomatoes
250 g cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
sunflower oil
oregano

Method
Peeled potatoes are sliced and sculpt 5 minutes. In tray rank order of potatoes, tomatoes row, row cheese. At the top end with cheese and sprinkle with garlic, crumbled feta cheese, the oil and oregano. Bake about 25 minutes in a hot oven.
