Prepare cake according to your taste and desire. Cream mix of fluffy cream. Half turns pink and the other remains white. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and turns red. Fruits are cut into beautiful shapes. The cake is coated with a thin layer of white cream and smoothed. On posha put straight nozzle and filled with pink cream. Decorate side with pink cream cake, the lines make are slightly wavy. It becomes slightly tremulous hand movement. On top of the cake is cut prodove rank as may alternate with like - strawberries, kiwi, banana, orange. Tawdry washed and filled with white cream, put it curly tip. There are also roses around the fruit. Slightly cooled down chocolate is poured onto an oiled surface. With curly knife cut strips 6 cm long and 1 cm wide. Once cool chocolate, each strip is taken in hand and it failed ribbon (both ends meet and gently pressed). These ribbons at one end of the cake is made flower. That's it. Of course you can be creative, show only an idea.

Very beautiful!

An excellent idea! Everyone makes any cake you like, but decorated in a different way, the same cake is perceived differently.

chocolate liquid you must be either hard?

Boldly use solid chocolate.

Hello! I decorated cupcakes with whipped cream and were OK but half left in the refrigerator overnight and cream crack. Can you tell me why this is true and can you prevent it? Thank you in advance :)

In principle, it should crack cream from sitting overnight in the refrigerator. One explanation that comes to mind is that the cream was not good quality and therefore received this effect - you can try a different cream. Another explanation may be that your refrigerator has a function for drying (not to collect condensation) and dried and cream - in this case to cover them in a container would help.
