Pita - proshtapulnik

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
3 eggs
750 g yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
20 g yeast
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
salt
1 tsp sugar

Method
Yeast mixed with sugar and dissolved in a little warm water, add a little flour, to obtain a thin slurries. Leave in a warm place to rise. In a large pan pour the flour, make well and add eggs, one without the yolk, yogurt, which is stirred pre-baking, the oil, rise yeast and a pinch of salt. Everything is kneaded dough and leave at room temperature to rest. Then the pita is formed optional - top modeling two baby feet with toes and you can write the name of the child. So shaped pita is allowed to rise well smeared with yolk and bake at 180 C
