Mousse layered cake

Ingredients
125 g butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
60 g of milk chocolate
# For the cream:
250 g white chocolate
300 g sour cream
4 egg whites
3-4 drops of lemon juice
2 tbsp caster sugar
10 g gelatin

Method
Products for the base are placed sequentially, eggs are added one by one, and the chocolate is melted in a water bath. Bake in greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour form with diameter of 24 cm in a moderate oven. Once roasted, not remove the form must remain sealed. Cream: Whip of snow drops of lemon juice and powdered sugar. The cream is stirred by hand, and to it was added the chocolate melted in a water bath, and finally broken egg whites gelatin which is dissolved in 80 ml water, then in a water bath and cool slightly, poured into the cream. The finished cream is spread over the base and allowed to stand for at least 12 hours in a refrigerator. The decoration is of your choice.

interesting recipe. Why is it called mousses?

Years ago they gave me this recipe and that was it, I guess for the sake of cream.

Now porovih forums and it says that UMS is a mixture of chocolate, cream, proteins and similar products, and fruit can be put.

I do not like white chocolate. Whether it will happen if they swapped places in marshes and white and brown in the cream?

I guess that happens try and then you say
