Ingredients
200 g of wheat
150 g biscuits (1 package)
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar

Method
Wheat is cleared and washed several times with water. Pour water two fingers above the corn and put to boil. Detected 10 minutes after boiling. Then washed again and put to boil for another 10 minutes. Takes from heat, close the lid, turn with a wool blanket and stayed one night. In the morning the grain is swollen and has taken all the water, but to dry the well spread on cloth. Then stirred with finely crushed biscuit and walnuts. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar and garnish with cinnamon.

are Grate lemon rind for flavor and wrong.
Put cinnamon, ground or chopped walnuts, vanilla. If I raisins, put a little bit of them!
I use a pressure cooker to boil the corn - 30 minutes. Leave to cool completely in the pan itself. Then proceed as in the recipe. If you do not sprinkle with cinnamon on top, put the mixture. Zest also gives a very nice flavor.
I put raisins and vanilla, where breakfast and oat bran and milk.
recipe is wonderful.
Many classic flavor than cinnamon put a little vanilla and nutmeg. We used coarse bulgur - 20 minutes boiling, soaking 10-15 and ready. Thanks for the recipe :)
