Beer bread

Ingredients
3 cups white flour
2 equal tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
330 ml dark beer
50 g butter
leaves 3 sprigs fresh oregano
leaves 3 sprigs fresh masherka
2 tbsp grated cheese for sprinkling

Method
In a bowl stir flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and chopped herbs. Add beer and stirred until a uniform mixture. The butter melts. Half into the tin and well distributed on the walls and bottom. Cover with the dough and pour the remaining melted butter. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about an hour or until the bread is browned and a toothpick stuck in the bread came out dry. 5 minutes before being pulled out bread sprinkled with grated cheese. Serve warm and optional, brushed with butter.

My recipe turned out to be almost the same as that without spices and cheese :) I rectangular bread or cake, so I baked in a round pan. Therefore bread became thin and bake faster. The taste is very good :)
