Ingredients
400 g veal
50 ml red wine
1 cup Rice
50 g corn
1 red pepper
1 carrot
50 g mushrooms
100 g olives
black pepper, bay leaf, curry, salt

Method
Cut the veal into small bites. Soak it in a marinade of red wine, bay leaf and pepper. Allow to stand for two hours. Then fry the meat in butter. Boil rice. Pre-cut vegetables fried in the butter, add a little salt, pepper and curry. The meat is added to the vegetables. Finally add the rice. Good stir and simmer until ready.
