Sterilised salad of roasted peppers

Ingredients
110 large and fleshy peppers
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup Vinegar
3/4 cup or 1/2 cup sugar honey
1/2 cup salt
2 heads of garlic
1-2 bunches of parsley
Sterilised salad of roasted peppers

Method
Pepper baked, peeled and chopped salad. Add all other products: garlic, chopped or crushed (you can put less or more a matter of taste) parsley, finely chopped (and it is also taste and optional). Mix everything nice and put in jars. Sealed and sterilized for 10 minutes to cap. In winter, open and directly serving.
