Shrimp beer

Ingredients
1 kg frozen shrimp
500 ml beer
1 bunch fresh dill
2--3 lemons
oil
salt
Method
Shrimp are placed in a deep pot, cover with cold water and beer. Add 1-2 tsp salt and the washed fennel - without cutting (blades purposes). Boil until flushing of shrimp and ready - to try. Be careful not to boil. About 30 minutes. Prepare a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil 1: 1. Ready shrimp I serve in a big platter, sprinkle with the prepared dressing. Required to serve each individual dish scales. * I have noticed that every man should be made about 200-250 g shrimp.
