Chicken pockets of BBQ

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
processed cheese
4-5 fresh field mushrooms
2 carrots
2-3 pickled gherkins
1 tsp mayonnaise
soy sauce
pepper, salt
Method
In the chicken chest incision side, so as to obtain a pocket. Sprinkle all sides with salt and pepper and leave aside. For the filling: sliced ​​mushrooms and carrots and put them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes at full power in the microwave. Time enough to soften but remain slightly crunchy. As cool mix with chopped pickles, mayonnaise, a few drops of soy sauce, salt and pepper. We fill the fillets by placing each piece in processed cheese (I use this for toasts and put in every pocket in a sheet), a spoonful of the filling and closing as the planting with toothpicks. * * Finished pockets of BBQ and bake Serve with appropriate garnish.
