Rabbit regally

Ingredients
2 kg rabbit (whole)
800 g fresh mushrooms
800 g pork (boneless)
800 g carrots
3-4 onions
100 g raisins
100 g walnuts
garlic
handful of olives
1 cup white wine
sunflower oil
salt
bay leaf
ground pepper
allspice
Method
Hare is salted and smeared with sunflower oil inside and out. Mushrooms, carrots and onions cut in large pieces pork for kebabs and kernels quarters. All products are mixed, add the olives, raisins and cloves garlic purposes. Pour the oil and everything is kneaded with spices. The rabbit is placed in the tray and complete the remaining stuffing poured around it, watered with wine and sealed with foil. Cook a few hours of high heat of 200-250 C. Serve with chopped parsley.

Indeed regally!

Some time ago I tried rabbit, prepared almost in this recipe and I can say that the delicious thing I have not eaten. On Saturday regaled guests with him and all of them much liked. The meat does not dry it - rather than the fat of pork remains juicy and tender.
