Pita-buns

Ingredients
700-800 g flour
200 ml milk
200 ml warm water
20 g fresh yeast
2 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp sunflower oil
50 g butter
parsley or colored salt porysvane

3 eggs
300 g cheese

Method
Sifting flour and confuse the salt and sugar. In 100 ml milk 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp flour broken yeast. When yeast form hat added it to the flour. Add the oil, eggs (one whole and one egg white yolk leave spreads), yogurt, milk and water and kneaded the dough leaving a 1 hour to rise. Make your stuffing 300 g feta cheese, which are broken and intermingled with 3 eggs. The dough shuffle again, do balls and put in each of the filling. Top smeared with beaten yolk and sprinkle with colored salt or parsley, spring onions. Leave to rise again until doubled in volume. If remaining stuffing can be put on the cake, buns. Before you bake broken the butter and scattered on buns. Bake until browned.
