Stewed chicken with potatoes

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 onions
bay leaf
150-200 g thick tomato sauce
300 g potatoes
thyme, oregano, salt, pepper
sunflower oil
4-5 cloves garlic

Method
In a saucepan Boil 1 liter of water with vinegar, add the chicken legs and boil 5 minutes. Subtract them, dry and lightly fry in fat. Add spices, onions and garlic cut into slices and stew for 10 minutes on low heat. Add salt with salt and pepper, add tomato juice and 400 ml water. Let the meat stew and after about 20 minutes add the sliced ​​potatoes. Leave to choke to full readiness for another 20 minutes.
