Method
The yeast is mixed with sugar, 3 tbsp of flour and 4 and 1/2 cup water and leave until lightly effervescent and activated - about 10-20 minutes. The dry ingredients are mixed in sifting the flour, make a well in the middle and pour the yeast, eggs - lightly beaten with a fork and the oil. Knead into a soft dough, which still takes about 1 cup flour. Leave to rise 2 times, then shape the bread. My photos is caught by 6 pieces of dough. Of course, you can Lace and plain triple braid or wrapped as ohlyuvche. Optional top can it Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Allow braided to rise again - for 30 minutes. Smeared with beaten egg and bake 30 minutes at 180C. * This is the traditional Jewish holiday bread prepared every Friday Shabos (or Shabbat) with the exception of Passover. * Slightly sweet and is very soft, is divided thread! Little resemblance to our kozunak. Required is his entanglement.
