1 sour cabbage
1 cup Rice

Method
Sauerkraut leave two leaves aside the remaining cabbage cut into in large pieces and fry with rice with a little oil, add spices - black pepper, bay leaf, red pepper. Everything is run off a large platter, top put two turkey legs slightly pre-cooked sprinkle with spices and covered with two leaves set aside. Pour juice of cabbage and bake until ready moderate oven for 1 hour. Before becoming ready remove the cabbage leaves from the legs to be able to constipation gently and to have a nice crust.

I have used the duck meat, pre-cooked and rice is a complex crude baking pan cabbage with cabbage juice and water (total of 3 h. H. ). Becomes fantastic winter dish.
