Ingredients
# For the base:
5 g baking powder
4 eggs
80 g starch, vanilla
160 g sugar
3 tbsp fresh water - 1/4 tsp sugar dissolved in 3 tbsp water
1 drop rum essence
# For the cream:
4 eggs
1 liter milk
12 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vanilla or natural starch
1 vanilla
chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling
compote for irrigation of the base

Method
