Light macaroons

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups ground walnuts
pinch of salt

Method
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt on snow. Add the walnuts. Stir. With wet hands, shape the balls and arrange on distance from each other on kitchen paper. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees. * 1 cup = 200 ml

Many are delicious, as of a time

About 15-20 minutes until crusted to crispy outside and soft inside.

look like macaroons, which I remember from childhood! I would just like to ask how roughly obtained from one dose to know how to prepare products. Happy Holidays!
