Ingredients
600-700 g chicken fillet
100 g onion
150 g processed cheese
2-3 tbsp natural starch
4 sprigs parsley
1 tsp salt
1 egg
# For the breading:
1 cup ground natural cornflakes
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp tarragon
salt, pepper

Method
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Place in a food processor along with the chopped onion into quarters, add the egg, processed cheese, starch, chopped parsley, salt and ground. Breading products were mixed and stirred. With greased with sunflower oil hands form 4 oval patty 1 cm thick and rolled in breading. Arrange in a greased pan and bake in a preheated 200C oven until ready.
