Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 (about 800 g) jar of canned tomatoes
4 cup homemade broth
pepper, salt
1 tbsp dried basil
1 cup cream

Method
In a saucepan in olive stew onion and garlic until tender. Then add the tomatoes cut into small pieces, broth and basil. Once it boils reduce the heat at low and boil 15-20 minutes. Then blend the soup, put the cream and bring to the boil the soup is ready. Add salt and seasoning with pepper.

Xevi thanks! Of course it will be done with fresh basil. Sometimes I'm doing and fresh, but dry to me personally becomes more aromatic soup and I like it.
SweetyPie, listened to what you said and got dry basil - many rights, more suitable as a spice here. The soup we liked a lot - soft, thick and aromatic, is great. Thanks for shared recipe :)
