Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cook potatoes, grate into ordinal and left for 12 hours. Add to beaten with the feta cheese eggs and salt. The mixture is stirred well to form balls that are rolled in flour and fry in sunflower oil.

This is the original recipe, the meatballs are great especially when added shredded parsley and ground cumin to the mix! Can also be made without the mixture to stand 12 hours, the same is tasty, and is much faster! Good appetite!

It's a classic recipe, if you add a little parsley, savory and cumin it once. No sense to hold 12 hours becomes a delicious and if you fry immediately.

Yes, definitely is very tasty and easy.

I save them Roll flour and egg. May instead be used flour breadcrumbs become crispy.

only meal I did not get better, so always melt them in egg then flour or protein

dunk now only protein, potatoes cooked well and immediately pull out of the water. No error :)
