Sponge cake Deer backbone

Ingredients
8 eggs
70 g biscuit
140 g butter
120 g chocolate
170 g of powdered sugar
170 g almonds
Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add egg yolks one at a time and continue to fight. Then add the grated chocolate, ground almonds, biscuits and finally egg whites broken down into snow. All pour in cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderately heated oven. Once the cake cool, pour melted chocolate and prick all over with a slightly roasted almonds.

Well Desi because I liked as recipe :):

Vesi became great cake. My eggs were golemichki and put the whole package biscuits. So when the eggs are small 70-80 grams biscuits enough. However, there are crushed almonds.
