Meatballs stew - II type

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
1 onion
1 slice of dry bread
# For the sauce:
3-4 onions
1-2 or 7-8 tbsp tomato tomatoes canned
1 large carrot
1 pepper
2-3 potatoes
pepper and paprika
savory
bay leaf
salt
parsley for sprinkling

Method
Minced meat is kneaded as meatballs with fried egg, a slice of dry bread (previously soaked in cold water), 1 onion, savory, pepper and paprika. Of minced meat form meatballs the size of an egg, which is rolled in flour, lightly flatten and rank in a dry pan. separate pan sauté 3-4 onions, carrots and peppers. Then add the tomatoes, pour 3-4 cups of water, add potatoes, diced (as moussaka). Season with salt and other spices (except parsley) and wait for it to boil. After boiling, it all poured over the meatballs, sprinkle with parsley and bake in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
