Marinated fish mackerel

Ingredients
2 kg of fish mackerel
2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup vinegar
salt
bay leaf
pepper
Method
The fish is salted and left for 2 hours to absorb the salt, then rinse. Cut washers, ordered in court and boil the marinade 2 hours on low heat. Put it in jars and pour the marinade.

I remember bashtami in putting this marina and garlic and as whole fish won her in the oven. Sometimes putting some water and very little. It was incredibly delicious.
