Ingredients
nettle
2 bunches green onions
1-2 potatoes
sunflower oil
red pepper, salt
150 g walnuts
100 g cheese
Method
Nettle is cleaned and blanched. In sunflower oil fry the green onion and red pepper. Potatoes cut into cubes. Everything is put to boil until ready. Just before serving sprinkle the soup with chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese.
