Chocolate semolina halva

Ingredients
125 g butter
1 cup semolina
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
100 g chocolate
coconut

Method
Meal fry in the butter until golden. During this time, makes the sugar syrup and the cup 3 water, which is poured semolina. Stir to thicken. Add the broken chocolate and remove from the heat, stirring to melt it. Pour into a rectangular baking dish, sprinkle with coconut. When cool cut into squares. * You can add chopped walnuts in halva. Coconut can be replaced with ground walnuts.

The chocolate I have not tried, but I'll try. I like the fact that you can put a variety of nuts. Very good idea for an otherwise boring semolina halva.

Ah, I forgot - you can replace the water with milk?

Rally, if you put eg. Milk will not get this chocolate saturated color. I used the chocolate and the taste is fantastic!

Semolina halva may be colored with dyes and pastry when tightening to different cutout shapes. It is great fun for the children.

Given that it will be used and chocolate I reduced sugar to one cup. January caramelized sugar with a fried semolina use a coffee-cup of oil. However, in my opinion, halva becomes tezhichka. Do not forget to put one or two pinches of salt. Chocolate from Kaufland as you like. And nuts rule is only to be lightly browned. And the other, basically rule this culinary creation to eat with friends. You sweet
