Chicken legs roasted with vegetables

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 lemon
ground pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
# of toppings:
3-4 potatoes
1-2 carrots
200 g broccoli
200 g cauliflower
Method
Legs are washed and make cuts with a sharp knife. Under the skin are put cloves garlic, chopped and slices of lemon peel. Seasoned with ground black pepper and put in a baking tray. Make up to 250 ml water. Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven. After 30 minutes, turn and add the diced potatoes and carrot sticks. After 15 minutes, turn the chicken legs and add fragmented florets of cauliflower and broccoli. Dish is baked until ready to form a golden crust on chicken legs.
