Banitsa leeks

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
5-6 leeks
pepper
pepper
salt
dried parsley

Method
Clean, finely chopped leek stew in half the fat. When soft, add the spices - salt, pepper and paprika to taste, parsley. Sheet lining up in a greased tray, each sprinkles with hot fat and part of the filling. The top layer is coated with fat. Bake until browned top and bottom. Remove, if it is too dry, spray with a little cold water and cover well with a cloth.

It is very nice, but I put 300 grams of cheese.

In order to be more beautiful and also had 4-5 eggs.

Also I'm doing with the addition of 2-3 pc. eggs and 250 g of cheese. Spices only put pepper. Became great.

Very tasty pie.

Always do this pie for Christmas Eve. Loved it (so lean, as it is a recipe). Leaked only parsley.
