Spinach with rice and eggs

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
400 g spinach
100 g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
4 eggs
1 carrot
1 bunch spring onions
2 sprigs fresh garlic
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Rice stew with onions and garlic. Add carrots, mushrooms and spinach. Salt and pour 2 and 1/2 cup hot water is poured into the baking form. Put it in a preheated oven. When the liquid boil off, making nests in the dish. Place tomato slices and bump up the eggs. Dopicha dish and served with yogurt.
