Ingredients
4 duck breasts
1/2 cup raspberry jam
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper

Method
With a knife cut slightly chest (on the skin). In a pan pour water, enough to cover the bottom. Chest place skin side down in the pan, add garlic clove not stripped and fry on both sides until golden brown. Breasts removed, clove garlic peel, smash with a fork and lightly fry. Add the balsamic vinegar and leave little to boil. Add the raspberry jam, salt and pepper and stir. The resulting sauce is passaged. In bowl pour a little sauce on it and rank sliced breasts. Add salt with salt and pepper. Pasta are the best side dish.
