Ingredients
# For the bases:
5 eggs
150 g sugar
130 g flour
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder
# spreads:
400 g chocolate spread or cream

Method
Withdraw is yolks from the whites. To the yolks add 5 tbsp water and half sugar. Beat with a mixer to whiten and doubled in volume. In dry bowl whisk the egg whites to snow, add the rest of the sugar. The yolks were added to a trickle to egg whites and stirred gently in the same direction. To add sifted flour baking powder and vanilla. Add gradually to the egg whites and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into a rectangular tray. This blend of two the base. Bake 15-20 minutes at 150-180 C. For the cake: The base is brushed with cream or chocolate spread. Cut into 6 strips lengthwise. Each strip is coiled snail and stacked. For the roll: The base is brushed with cream or chocolate spread, wrapped in length, leave in the fridge to harden for at least two hours. Decorate optional.
