Ingredients
1.5 kg mackerel
sea salt
carrots
Mushrooms
Onion
celery, parsley, thyme, lovage
garlic
10-15 grains of mustard seed
1-2 grains cloves
pepper, allspice

1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup vinegar
Method
Wash mackerel under running water and cut into portions. The bottom of the pan heap of sea salt and redim pieces of fish.
