Baked apples with raisins

Ingredients
4 apples (red juicy)
100 g raisins
40 g honey
4 tbsp lemon juice
cinnamon
200 ml white wine
Method
Wash the apples and remove their stalks. Cut cap and with a sharp knife and spoon carve fruits. Watering them with lemon juice to not browned. Put 25 g of raisins, 10 g of honey and sprinkle with cinnamon in each of the apples. Valley with white wine while overflow of apple and sandwiching a cap. The wine left make up during baking. Arrange in a suitable container in which we poured a little water to not stick. Bake in preheated oven heavily (about 200 C) for 40-45 minutes or until apples soften well, not forgetting to their valley wine. Serve warm with some of the juice that has collected in the container.
