Meatballs sauerkraut and walnuts

Ingredients
700 g finely chopped sauerkraut
1 cup rice
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
1 dried red pepper
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 onion
4 peeled canned tomatoes
1 stalk leek
salt, pepper

Method
Rice is boiled in 2 cups water and cabbage stew in the oil and a little water until soft. Strained cabbage, rice, the walnuts, pepper, black pepper and grated onion mix. Do to meatballs, rolled in flour and fry. Strain the tomatoes, add the chopped leeks, add salt to taste and served as a sauce with meatballs.

I love the taste. And most'm surprised by the perfect combination of meatballs with that tomato sauce (not expecting it, I admit, but I was curious:-)

may need to add in egg mixture density
