Ingredients
400 g beans
50 g carrots
savory, salt, pepper, paprika
5-6 Sturken leek
120 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
100-150 g olives

Method
Dry bean soak the night before. Put it on the stove to boil some water. Then, as boil water changes with hot water. Add carrots, chopped and savory. Beans are cooked completely. Cut the leek into small pieces and fry with half the fat, then add salt and sprinkle with pepper. In a pan put half the beans on it spread leeks. On leeks rank olives, previously cleared of stones and covered with other beans. Pour over 100 ml water, if necessary with the remaining oil, which is braised red pepper. Bake at low oven until the fat remains. Serve cold.
