1 carrot
1 red pepper
4 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
50 ml red wine
50 ml olive oil

Method
Fry the chicken cut into portions. Add all products - cut in crescents onion, carrot and pepper into small squares. Add 2 cups water and boil on low heat by sandwiching the pan until ready meat.
