Salad of asparagus

Ingredients
500 g asparagus
2 eggs
garlic
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
lemon juice
pepper
salt

Method
Wash asparagus, hard edges and bottom hard part is cut and removed, cut into pieces 2-3 cm long, placed in boiling salted water and cook until soft. Leave in a colander to drain, transfer to salad and mix with chopped hard-boiled eggs and garlic. Sprinkled with lemon juice and sunflower oil, add salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Asparagus is one of the most delicate vegetables. When downloaded asparagus and stir with another solid product will be mashed asparagus and other components.

It was very good. For the first time I eat a salad of asparagus.
