Ingredients
2 kg apples (10 large)
100 g rice
150 g sugar
1 vanilla
300 g of apple jelly or another of your choice
Method
1 cup rice water and sugar are cooked well. Get out of the heat and put vanilla. Apples are washed and their upper part is cut like a lid and carve. Filled with rice, with cloud the cover and lining in lightly greased tray. Bake in a hot oven. Leave to cool and then pour in the melted jelly. * In the same way can be made and quinces.

Good idea! I would add raisins into the rice and a little cinnamon instead of vanilla / or grain cloves in boiling his /. This of course is another idea.
