Ingredients
250 g lamb lung, heart
50 g rice
6 green onions
120 g tomatoes
40 g carrots
20 g flour
2 eggs
100 g yogurt
mint, black pepper, salt

Method
The liver and heart are placed in boiling salted water. Boil 10 minutes. Remove and cut into small pieces and returned to the water in which they spin yarn. When the boil again, add rice and chopped tomatoes. Make a roux by in small pieces chopped onions, carrots and some of the flour. Of the remaining flour with yogurt and eggs made soup thickenerta that can thicken the fire, without boiling. Soup thickenerta added to the broth at the time of removal from the fire. The finished soup is seasoned with pepper and chopped mint.
