Cold soup of zucchini

Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 onion
1 carrot
2 boiled eggs
100 ml milk
butter
flour
dill, parsley

Method
Diced vegetables are cooked in salted water drained and Strain. Vegetable mixture is diluted with broth in which it is boiled. In the heated butter fry spoon flour and add the vegetable mixture. When you boil a trickle added milk. Stirring continuously, boil 3-4 minutes. The soup is served cold, sprinkled with diced boiled eggs, parsley and dill to taste.

I had no blender and choked Vegetables steam so I can smash them with a fork then. I put milk instead of cream, delicious soup camp, ate it warm by anything that was written in rvtsvptata that is served cold :)
